A. Delivery and Shipping (Order processing time)

We know you are excited and eager to get your newly ordered health booster, to shorten the waiting time, we will ensure that all your orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 working days. FREE DELIVERY is applicable for orders of RM100.00 and above for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

If you are not staying in Malaysia, don’t be disappointed. We can ship your purchases to anywhere in the world. Please contact us at …. for determination of eligible country and shipping rate.

*Orders that are delivered from Malaysia to other countries may be subjected to import duties and taxes. Recipient will be liable for the payment of customs and taxes which will be collected upon delivery.

B. Exchange Policy

In ThunderPets Malaysia, we are committed in creating the finest pet supplements to your lovely pets, ensuring the product quality through strict quality control is our major concern. We are very confident on our product and thus, no refund will be made. Instead, we provide 1 TO 1 EXCHANGE of our product(s) should you find any problem or defect in our product. Nevertheless, ThunderPets Malaysia reserve the rights to reject any exchange request.

Process of exchange

1. Inspect

Please inspect your package and product for any visible torn or damage before purchasing the products or before the courier leaves. If you found any visible torn or damage, you may always refuse to accept the parcel. Nonetheless, if damaged was only noticed after accepting, immediately take photos of the damage parcel and products to serve as evidence.

A. Inform

Immediately raise up your issue to us through ‘Chat with us’ or by email: [email protected]. Please describe the damage and attached with pictures of the defective items as evidence and for inspection purpose.

2. Details

Please provide us with the details upon requesting for exchange:

  • Photo of defective items

3. Wait for exchange

Once your request is accepted, we will be sending out a replacement package to you within 3 to 5 working days. If it is found to be the responsibility of the courier company, a damage claim will be filed to the respective courier company.
